Charter Agreement — Key Terms Summary
90-Day Access Period
Your $997 payment provides 90 days of full platform access beginning on the date of your onboarding call. No monthly charges begin during this period.
End of 90 Days — Your Choice
At the end of 90 days, you decide. If the platform has delivered value, you convert to a monthly plan at your Charter rate — no renegotiation, no pressure. If you choose not to continue, your access ends and no further charges occur. The $997 is not refundable after onboarding has been completed and platform access has been provided, but no subscription begins without your explicit action.
Rate Lock
Charter Partners who convert to a monthly subscription after 90 days have their rate locked for the life of their active subscription at the Solo Starter price ($497/month), regardless of which plan tier they use.
This commitment will be codified in your Charter Agreement, signed by both parties before or at onboarding. The marketing page and this payment page are not the binding document — the signed Charter Agreement is.
Data Handling
Family intake data collected through your Trust Love account belongs to the family and to you as the engaged attorney. Trust Love does not sell, transfer, or share attorney data or family data with third parties outside of the explicit referral partner introductions you authorize. Data is stored securely and subject to Trust Love's Privacy Policy.
Governing Agreement
Your payment initiates the Charter process. A formal Charter Agreement will be sent to you via DocuSign within 24 hours of payment for your signature before onboarding begins.
