Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 5, 2026

Trust Love, Inc. ("Trust Love," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology and education platform — not a law firm. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our website at trustloveassist.com and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you use the Platform — including our guided intake conversation with Sage — you may provide:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • State of residence
  • Family structure information (marital status, children, dependents)
  • Asset information (property ownership, estimated estate value, business ownership)
  • Estate planning status (existing documents, urgency level)

This information is collected to generate your personalized Estate Snapshot and, when you choose, to connect you with a licensed estate planning attorney in your state.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Platform, we may automatically collect:

  • Device type, browser type, and operating system
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party services you use to interact with us, such as GoHighLevel (our CRM and communication platform) and payment processors.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate your personalized Estate Snapshot
  • Connect you with a licensed estate planning attorney when you request it
  • Send you your Estate Snapshot via email
  • Send transactional communications (confirmations, follow-ups, service updates)
  • Send promotional or educational communications (with your consent; you may opt out at any time)
  • Improve the Platform and develop new features

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With Licensed Attorneys — Only When You Choose. Your intake data is shared with a licensed estate planning attorney only when you take an affirmative action to connect with one. Nothing you share with Sage goes to an attorney without your permission.
  • With Service Providers. We use third-party services to operate the Platform, including GoHighLevel (CRM, email, SMS), Cloudflare (DNS, security), Stripe (payment processing), and Google Fonts (typography). These providers access personal information only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
  • For Legal Compliance. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business Transfers. If Trust Love is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

4. SMS and Text Message Communications

Trust Love may send SMS text messages to phone numbers you provide, including:

  • Estate Snapshot delivery confirmations
  • Appointment reminders and service-related follow-ups
  • Educational content related to estate planning (with your consent)

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services you requested, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymize it within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure data storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience on the Platform, analyze usage patterns, and support our marketing efforts. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Platform.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and share, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Trust Love does not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it.
